Course Description:
This retreat uses writing to gently explore your inner life in a setting which brings you into contact with nature as you look to the mountains or stand still by the lakes.  Discover an art form which can give voice to your own unique experience and creativity.  We will keep you fully engaged in the creative process from beginning to end but don’t worry! There will be opportunities every day to get yourself into that creative space, as we help you to access the power of your imagination and the significance of your experience in your memories; and there will be enjoyable moments reading each other’s work.  We will use a variety of texts from authors who have gone with courage and compassion into their own hearts. You will go away refreshed and renewed with new insights and enthusiasm for your own journey.
